Canceling/Modifying an Order:
Due to the quick processing time at our fulfillment center, we are unable to cancel or modify an order after it has been placed. This applies to domestic and international orders.
Lost in Transit:
We understand that, on rare occasions, packages may be lost in transit or marked as undeliverable. If your order has not arrived within our standard shipping timeframe (10–12 business days), we’re happy to reship your item at no additional cost, provided we can confirm your shipping address.
If the second shipment also fails to arrive and you still wish to receive your order, a third reshipment can be arranged at the customer’s expense. A new and verified shipping address will be required for this final attempt.
International Shipping Policy
International customers are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or brokerage fees on their orders. We recommend contacting your local customs office for details regarding customs regulations, taxes, and import duties.
Please note that shipping times vary by destination. If customs clearance is required, it may result in delays beyond our estimated delivery timeframe. Proverbs 31 Ministries is not liable for delays caused by customs processing.
To help prevent delays with customs, we strongly recommend:

Providing a valid phone number where customs officials can reach you, if needed.

Responding promptly to any carrier requests regarding duties or taxes.
Important: Do not refuse shipments or ignore carrier notifications. Most carriers will hold your package for approximately 5 days after it arrives in your country before returning it to the sender.
International Shipping Rates
Shipping rates for international orders are calculated at checkout based on several factors, including the selected service level (standard or express), the number of items in your order, total package weight, and the destination country or region.
Shipping Holiday Closures
Please note that no orders will be shipped on the following holidays. Orders placed on these days will be processed and shipped on the next business day.
